Re really wanting to parent an infant - I can fully understand, but believe me, 17 months after having taken on a just-15 month old, I can hardly believe we had him when he was so little. I see 14/15 month old children now, and they are so young still. I've really struggled with the feeling that I missed his early life, but the fact is that I can't change that, he has formed a fantastically strong attachment with us, and we are just SO SO SO happy to have him. You will love your child(ren) to pieces - try not to focus too much on their age. Their background and personality will be much more important.Country Chickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01602779486458707811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17484123.post-60665039528366039972009-09-22T15:31:18.121+01:002009-09-22T15:31:18.121+01:00All I can say is that the actual experience will d...All I can say is that the actual experience will depend very much on the child. Babies are very portable, while toddlers can be more independent. Both blossom every day, and can be a joy to watch.Percevalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10887809033252978757noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17484123.post-68271703395591554242009-09-19T09:39:39.439+01:002009-09-19T09:39:39.439+01:00Oh wow!
